We currently offer USPS for all shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the items being ordered. When checking out, the shipping charge will be added on to your total. Please contact us at Jan's 'Rags N Riches if for some reason the shipping charge cannot be calculated properly at time of ordering. Priority, Express, and Parcel Post shipping are also available at an additional cost. You will be given the option to choose a shipping method during checkout.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. We understand that online purchasing involves an element of trust and we sincerely appreciate your trust. We also understand that some orders may need to be returned. If your return is our fault such as an incorrect order, we will refund your purchase price and your shipping costs or provide you a replacement. If the return is not due to our mistake, we will refund your money or replace the product but not the shipping costs.
